Delivery
All items are packaged securely and tracked to ensure the most reliable and efficient service to our customers.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress. You can also check the status of your delivery by tracking your order on our website.
Please allow 3-7 working days for all orders to arrive
Returns
Please send an email to customercare@kinkahe.com if you wish to return your item.
If item is undamaged you can return within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be returned unused with label still attached.
If an item is returned damaged or faulty, we will require photographic evidence within 1 week of receiving the product. Please provide photographic evidence to customercare@kinkahe.com
Only products returned in perfect condition will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 2-5 working days from when we receive the item/s.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
It is the customers responsibility to package the item/s securely so that it does not get damaged in transit. If item/s arrive back damaged, I'm afraid we will not be able to proceed with the return.
